Mission Statement

From the President

Since our establishment in 1928, we have been, as a manufacturer and supplier specialized in oceanographic instruments, getting involved in the development and manufacture of oceanographic observation instruments and/or systems through which we have been making a contribution to the conservation of the global environment, also we now devote ourselves to the development and manufacture of observation instruments and systems in the fields of limnology, namely, dam reservoirs, rivers, lakes and marshes to extend that contribution.

Based on valuable advice and informative instructions given by many of our customers, we have kept doing our utmost to develop and produce instruments of better quality and higher performance, in order to help fulfill customers needs.

However slow our movements have been, we have steadily and restlessly been going forward step by step.

At the turn of the next century, the top concern to all people in the world must be in the environmental conservation of the earth problems such as global warming, acid rain, ozone depleting substances, drainage from factories, and from other contaminators tell us that we are confronted with many difficult problems to solve to preserve and also to restore the environmental conditions that we have on earth.

We will, in spite of being confident in our technology and know-how accumulated from long term experience, keep moving toward development and manufacture of more precise and advanced instruments, utilizing the latest knowledge and technologies so that we are able to make a contribution to the conservation of the global environment. With this direction, our instruments and/or systems can help simultaneously harmonize human activities with the global environment more deeply and widely.
